Instant Stress Relief Techniques Easy Free Guided Meditation

Good morning,



As we welcome in another beautiful new day here in Jamaica, I embrace you with love, warm wishes for expansion, happiness, love, wisdom and power today.

It is such a blessing to be alive on Earth now. Everything is literally in transformation mode. Old systems and methods of doing things are falling apart so that we can recreate how we reorganize life on Earth.

Take a few minutes today, at least once or twice, to stop everything that you’re doing to just tune into you. Tune into the quality of how you’re feeling about yourself and your life right now and breathe through that for a minute or so.

Then feel your heart and chest area fill with bright yellow light, so that your heart area pulsates and radiates bright yellow rays like the sun center that it is.

Breathe and radiate for another minute or two. Then let that lovely bright white yellow light expand throughout your body, filling it with warmth, love, strength, power and wisdom.

Feel the love. Breathe in the power. Feel the centeredness and the balance tingling throughout your body, through to your fingers, down into your toes and into the ground below you.

Feel the love that you are. Feel how it feels to be the center, the core and the cause of your life. Breathe that love, wisdom and power throughout your body temple one more time, then return to your heart center, breathe a couple more times, deeply and relax and rest a bit. When you’re ready, wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes gently.

Welcome back. Take that empowered, peaceful, balanced and centered you out into your life and world to create and expand empowerment, peace, balance and centeredness on Earth.

How Does Stress Affect the Body: Holiday Stress Tip, Stress Management Tip For the Holiday Season

Hi again,

How are you being today?

Are the holiday activities, the planning, the rushing about, the whateverrrrr, beginning to stress you out?

Well let me share a holiday stress tip that may assist you during this super busy, krazy-making time! ;-)

First of all, remember to breathe. We often take the effects of stress on the body for granted in these stressful holiday periods but they are real.

Take the time to breathe in the middle of whatever you are doing over the holidays because deep breathing throughout your day is one of the most powerful stress relievers you can practice.

Then remember to create this holiday period to be what you want and choose it to be.

You do NOT have to 'do the holiday' exactly like you have always done it. Shocking? Perhaps. But you really don't.

Take the time to sit with what YOU would like this holiday to mean, to be. Then picture how you would like it to manifest from that space, not from what it habitually is.

2008 will be even more of a year where we are challenged from within ourselves to break out and to create anew. Fresh days that do not fit into the template of what our days are supposed to look like.

We are constantly being challenged, prompted and asked now to feel inside ourselves and tune in to what is truly important NOW, not yesterday, last year, tomorrow or next year but NOW.

As we tune in inside in our every Now moment, we will feel more strongly as we practice this, that still small voice of our own Soul Self guidance, inspiring us to Be with ourselves. To create what is Love, Peace, Joy, Passion, Clarity and Full, unbridled Free Self Expression.

Dare to be different this holiday season. To let the holiday unfold uniquely to Be what it can fully be in as unfettered a way as you allow it.

Breathe. Be. And hug yourself in reverence and joy for all that you have accomplished this past year.

Stress Relief Management, Law of Attraction, Living Life On Purpose, Daily Focus Tips

I just visited my favourite internet marketing forum and found a wonderful question on how to deal with:

** Information overload?
** Disorganization?
** Impatience?

I'll share my post here as a stress reliever contribution just in case it is of benefit to you in your own efforts to deal with information overload, disorganisation and impatience. The short, pithy titles that come after each problem area were contributed by MindReality:

Information Overload - Get to the core and the essence of everything.

I've been re-reading several reports/ebooks recently to do just that. If we can extract in bullet point form the core essence of all the 'how to' strategies/systems we come across, then cut and paste into a system we can work with and APPLY, we would have a clear roadmap to follow.

For example: If we want to put out info products, develop a clear success blueprint roadmap from all the material we've already gathered about this subject, then slash, cut, reassemble into a simple 1-2-3 system we can follow for each info product we choose to create.

Disorganization - Simplify and focus on one thing at a time.

Write out, then follow our own 'success blueprint' from the core essence we've put together for ourselves as above, then follow it for each project we take up. The one thing at a time is soooo important. This is where I'm bad: I start writing an info product but don't finish it before moving on to the next 'must do' info product. Nothing is finished, no money is made because I'm simply distracting myself.

Focus on WHY you're doing what you do. Yes, for money but WHY else?? Is there a deeper reason that truly motivates you? Keep this front and center and when you catch yourself being unfocused and distracted and not finishing your project, keep reminding yourself of this deeper, motivating reason.

Impatience - Realize the flow of divine order and divine timing.

Very important. As we cut through the information overload to get organised and take responsibility for the 'work' we're here to do, with all the deeper, motivating reasons why we're doing what we're doing, we create optimum conditions for our own success.

Divine order and divine timing is a dance between Life and each one of us as expressions of Life.

If we step into our own deeper Life mission and walk that purpose, we keep within the flow and support of Life. Life responds by rearranging everything to match the picture of reality we are holding to within our Self every day.

It is this picture, the deeper life success blueprint that we have for our life, for our time here, that moves forward as we simplify and focus.

It is this picture that creates synchronistic timing and order.

If I know that my product and service offerings will help others change important parts of their lives and this touches, moves and inspires me at my Core Self level, then I will take the action steps of:

==>> Creating my product and service 'Success Blueprint' so I can develop, organise a wide, effective range of offerings (be it my own products/services and/or affiliate product/services) that fulfil my objective of offering quality help

==>> Decide the priority of each product and service 1-2-3 style then start #1, finish #1, market #1 to effectively get it out there where it can do the good it's intended to do, and allow Life to support me via PayPal & other payment receipts to complete the 'circle of Life'. My creation/offering begins with my clear intent, moves forward with my creative application of energy, time, inspiration and completes with a 'sale', the sharing and a return of energy to me in the form of money energy

==>> Move on to the next priority product or service offering to rinse and repeat in service to Life

Do you sometimes get bogged down with all your daily 'To Do's' that you lose your Big Picture, your 'Why'?

Take a few deep breaths, WRITE OUT your Why, even if for now it's only Today's Why and align with it completely inside. Then prioritise your 'To Do' list according to this Why and tackle the first, complete, then move on to the second and each one after that.

After each completion, drink a bit of water, pat yourself on your back with a big inner and outer grin and FEEL GOOD about your accomplishment.

Nurture you and Life will follow your lead and nurture you more too, Law of Attraction-style. ;-)

Good morning!

How are you being today? Did you make time before you started rushing around to center, journey within and connect with your Soul Self?

Remember, it is your Soul that chose this lifetime as its vehicle to express and experience. The setup of your life is perfect for the complete fulfillment of your Soul's life purpose. Your Soul chose the country you were born in, the race and body type you now have, the issues and experiences that you would 'create' during this lifetime.

If you miss this daily care of the Soul opportunity to tune into your Self at source level, you miss the opportunity to co-create miraculous synchronicities and meaning in each of your daily moments.

Tune in, every day, and have the all-important conversation within about your current heart desires. Dwell on and imagine what you're wanting to create, how you'd prefer it to manifest.

Feel your emotions and let them guide you to finetune your picture. Your Soul communicates with you through your heart, so your core emotional cues can guide you to add or subtract elements that provide added meaning and fulfillment at your Soul level.

Spend a bit of time consciously listening to your Soul's unique, relevant and very personal and specific guidance. Your Soul's voice is quiet as a soft breeze. Listen with awareness and you'll catch it.

As you practice this on a daily basis, you will maximise the effectiveness of how you use your energy, talents and offerings and express them in your world in interaction with Life each day.

Whenever you feel caught up in the daily rush, low from the ever-constant draining thought processing of your day, stop, relax and start to take deep, centering breaths. Tune out from the world and it's maya and tune in to You.

Rest in You. Refresh Yourself and feel your invigorating Soul strength and energy revitalising your Being. Dwell with this long enough to absorb it into every one of the billions of cells in your body.

Then come back. Wiggle toes and fingers, listen to the outer noise a bit, especially nature's sounds if you're somewhere that you can hear nature expressing. Come back fully and re-enter your day.

You'll be refreshed, revitalised and ready to apply some more clarity, peace and purposeful action to whatever 'To Do' you took a consciousness break from. Your daily care of the Soul will pay off in increased synchronicity, calm, effortlessness and simplicity in your life.
