I just finished doing my daily morning inner work and remembered that I haven’t posted for a bit. So I asked my Angels to tell me what they wanted to say.

The reminder is about this month of October and indeed the next few months. I wrote/spoke about this in my September, 2008 “Soul Self Help Insights” enlightened spirituality, social wellness and vibratory stress relief newsletter but it bears repeating.

October is a wonderful month for you to completely let go in your consciousness anything and everything that does not fit your preferred picture of reality.

If something has been causing you anxiety, stress and lack of inner alignment, take the plunge and let it go.

October is the month of clearing and releasing and allowing the new to coalesce and find expression within you and through you.

This means that if you have been wanting to strike out on your own to do something meaningful, this is the time to do that. If you have been looking at relationships...

Personal Beliefs Values, Inducing Consciousness and Social Wellness: Do Your Choices Reflect Limited or Expansive Trust in the Process of Life?

Hi,

As I open to be more of a channel of Angelic cosmic healing each day through my spiritual life coaching Soul alignment work, I'm ever more aware of an increasing wave of transforming energy sweeping Earth now. As I share inducing consciousness techniques that work for me and get feedback, I get to see how these help to transform real life situations.

We are at a point in world history of major shifting in the personal values, feelings, beliefs, thoughts and attitudes on both an individual and collective level worldwide.

In your own life, you are now more aware than ever before of the real, practical power you individually have to transform your life from the inside-out. The importance in this of the universal laws of attraction including the cosmic law of attraction principle continue to become more mainstream.

You understand that the starting point for transforming your daily life begins with your personal values, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, attitudes and intent. Because as you get intimately clearer about how these affect the choices you make and the actions you take in your daily life now, you cause ripple effects that affect your tomorrows.

The question is: How do you keep aware during your busy life about the blend of personal values, beliefs, feelings and attitudes that are powering your choices?

The only way that works from my own experience is to invest time each day in applying inducing consciousness techniques. These help to build your awareness of yourself and your ability to clearly pinpoint what's going on inside of you during both your normal days and those stressful, crisis situations that sometimes come up.

If you know, experience and therefore clearly understand how your personal values, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, attitudes and intent end up causing specific life situations, you will be more empowered to transform, shift and dissolve the ones that are not working for you. If you don't, you already know that you'll continue to create life situations that you do not want.

The personal values, beliefs, emotions and attitudes that you hold on to result in real life relationships and situations that repetitively play out in the same old way.

Looking and dissecting individual beliefs is a critical life skill that lets you see how they relate and reflect in your life situations. This empowers you now, tomorrow and for the rest of your life about how to recreate and transform what you don't like in your life.

Let us look at a simple example of how powerful acceptance of collective beliefs affect individual choices to reinforce and strengthen collective consciousness and reality.

The overriding collective consciousness about the role of women for a many centuries has been that the woman is mostly responsible for caring for children, her male partner and for the household.

Even if she works outside the home, the woman usually takes and is expected to take full responsibility for the care of her children, home and male partner in the vast majority of the millions of households around the planet.

The public role of women has usually been seen to be limited. Around the world the majority of women and men continue to believe that men are better at ruling. If you don't believe this, look at the percentage of women leaders there have been compared to the percentage of men in power at all levels of society.

Why is looking at what is manifest reality important? Because reality, whether in your life or in the collective life of your community, nation and larger world, is always a reflection underlying individual and collective beliefs, thoughts, feelings, attitudes and intents.

Inducing consciousness techniques used by individuals help to shift reality not only in those individuals' lives but help to transform and tip collective consciousness itself.

The shifting of the collective consciousness about the role of women on the planet occurs as more men and women individually transform their own personal values, beliefs, feelings and attitudes towards women.

As this process continues, shifts in consciousness will result in shifts in the:

** roles women accept for themselves

** expectations and beliefs men have about the role of women

** societal and collective consciousness that affects choices made personally, nationally and in the larger global community

I'll continue this discussion soon in another post to do with an important woman who has become a symbol of transforming the role and lives of women.

In the meantime, do you trust the process of life? Do your beliefs, feelings, thoughts, attitudes and life purpose intent reflect this? And are your personal daily life choices a statement of you trusting or not trusting the process of life?

'I Change the World' Consciousness: Julia Cameron Soul Awareness Quotation

I found a few more quotations I like and added them to the list on the right side of this page. I added them just ahead of the last one by Marianne Williamson because Marianne's is one of my absolute favourites, so I wanted it to end the story of these personally meaningful quotes.

Of the new ones I just added, the one I want to highlight in this post is:

"Wherever you are is always the right place. There is never a need to fix anything, to hitch up the bootstraps of the soul and start at some higher place. Start right where you are." -- Julia Cameron

This quotation is particularly meaningful for me because:

1st: I'm now on Day 22 of my recent restarting of writing my morning pages. Julia Cameron wrote the book the "Artist's Way" that discusses and describes the power of using the morning pages exercise to move through inner blocks to massively build and expand creativity.

2nd: Prior to beginning my recent creativity thrust again, I came to a place where accepting myself, again, at an ever-deeper level, was key. Self acceptance, now, is the only thing that moves you forward from this now moment. And I realised, again, that I was moving towards some future place, feeling I'd be complete then. And that can't happen. That undermines the forward movement itself.

Because celebration and complete acceptance of your Now is the only thing that coalesces the energy of You enough to move you in a smooth way into the power of the next Now moment.

Self acceptance is at the heart of creating every increased alignment with your Soul, with your Life and with your life purpose fulfillment.

There is no in between, no short cuts. Self acceptance. Down to your core. With all the stuckness, the outdated beliefs, the denied emotions, the habitual patterns of responding and causing drama and undermining graduation into vaster expressions of self.

It all starts with accepting yourself totally, lovingly, minutely, right Now.

3rd: Your personality self always has the power to choose to let through the vastness of your Soul for fuller and fuller self expression.

Your Soul is your absolute best friend. You wouldn't exist without your Soul simply because your Soul is the full expression of Life Itself in your life. You can use the word God, Allah, Jehovah or whatever other word you use to describe 'that which is bigger than me'.

Alignment with your Soul Self is the deep hunger you feel in your quiet moments when you know, when you honestly accept that there is still some deep lack of inner fulfillment in your already successful life.

Or in your moments of complete desolation and aloneness and fear of having no one and nothing that is really there for you.

Or in those moments of absolute beauty and happiness and aliveness when the truth of 'that which is bigger' hits you and cannot be denied.

These last moments often arise when you commune with nature: when you enter the vastness of the universe and stars through the magic of a wondrously inspiring night sky. Also when you become completely at one with the water around you whilst at the beach or lake or river. Or when you behold the magic of small children at play.

In the busyness of your life, during all the activities, it's hard for your Soul to 'get through'. Your Soul is not pushy, not forceful. Your Soul waits for you to be ready to allow its friendship in. Good friends do that because they know you have to come to your truth on your own.

You get to choose when that is. Even IF that is, this time around.

Julia's quotation speaks to you being always able to fulfill your deepest heart desires exactly where you are at right now. You are always a moment's choice away from stepping closely into alignment with the vastness of your Soul. Your authentic, all-knowing Self.

Your Soul is ready. Always has been and always will be. It is only a question of when, no if, you will choose to allow your Soul in. Into your life. As full partner. As best friend.

The IF is determined by your choice to allow your Soul in during this lifetime or the next time you come to play.

In each of the moments that you choose to explore your vastness deeper, to allow your vastness more direct access and expression into your daily life, it is in those Now moments that you align consciously with your Soul.

4th: The step into the vastness of the next moment relies only on you entering this Now moment with full heart, full gratitude, full listening. As you become still, as you listen to the inner vastness of your innate wisdom, your Soul guidance speaks softly and you know, you hear, you feel, the Soul suggestion of where to direct your life energy.

As you do this, moment to moment, your heart opens more. Your inner ears become more accustomed to the inner guidance voice of your Soul and you prove, moment by moment, day to day, that you do have a friend that's always there for you, at the exact spot, the specific space that you are at.

Today, in between all that you are creating, spend a few minutes just breathing in the vastness of who you are. Feel and expand into this.

And enjoy the feelings that come up. Feel the safety net of your Soul's friendship that is always at your side, always beneath and always around you. Relax, renew. Then listen within and move onto your next powerful Now moment, more Soul aligned than before.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Guru Spiritual Leader/Teacher Dies, Enters His Mahasamadhi

Good morning!

I wasn't ready to post on this yesterday but I wanted to mark the passing of Beloved Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Maharishi entered into his mahasamadhi on Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 around 7pm in Holland. Mahasamdhi is the vedic term reserved for enlightened persons who cross over consciously from the third dimension into the the realm of Infinity, Oneness or back into the Wholeness of Life Itself.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi just celebrated what is believed to have been his 91st birthday on January 12th, 2008. He always enters into an annual period of Silence lasting between January 1 - January 7th.

This year, after he emerged from Silence, he shared that his work was done and that he had fulfilled his promise to his Beloved Guru Dev, Shankaracharya Swami Brahmananda. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi also announced that he would be retiring from all activity and again going into silence whilst finishing his commentary on the Vedas.

I will share a bit of the history of transcendental meditation and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's biography in relation to his Beloved Guru Dev in another post tomorrow.

I miss you, Maharishi. And I THANK YOU. For all your love, devotion and caring throughout your lifelong service to humanity. Even as I grieve, I dance in celebration in my heart for the work you rendered and the continued Love and Devotion you are already now blessing Earth and All of Life Itself with.
