Spiritual Awakening For Social Wellness - Strange Recurring Dream Fragment About Health Care and Who Gets To Die First Choice

Good Morning!

The rooster is crowing again but I've been up for over a couple hours already.

I kept waking up to a repeating, recurring dream fragment about a family with at least two sick members dying in the hospital.

The father's health insurance had just about run out and he was terrified that his daughter would not be able to continue getting care.

So when everyone was out of the room, he would detach his oxygen supply mask to try to save on the cost of getting new oxygen. That sent his heart and whatever other test thingies the wrong way but he just kept doing it in the dream.

His wife was downstairs or at home with a friend or someone trying to help her figure how to make more money and stretch what little they had.

And the daughter. Well, she was alone, in the hospital. I don't remember what she had. But she was dying. She was pale and thin and her eyes were so sad and huge.

I don't know who I was. And I vaguely remember two other kids but they didn't feature in the dream fragement.

Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore. I figureed the Dad and daughter should be together so I wheeled her up.

Then a past girl friend who was also dying entered the dream. She was also in the hospital. And truly loved the Dad.

So I helped her walk up then had to wheel her in because there was a bit of some kind of bleeding going on with her.

Lord!

Who gets to die first?

And who gets to choose who gets to die and when?

On a planet that has enough food for everyone to gorge, we have planetary soul mates dying of hunger.

On a vastly rich planet, we have resources and wealth enough to ensure every one of the almost seven billion human souls get the health care they need, when they need it, without having to make choices as in my dream.

Yet we play with words.

We ask 'how can we afford universal health care?'

We don't even, can't even agree on the premise that everyone has the right to health care.

Even though that is a right agreed upon by most nations in the United Nations.

There are signs of spiritual awakening but can we co-create them stronger, faster? ;-)

Can we cause a spiritual awakening so that we can make better, more spiritually enlightened, less separation-based choices?

An awakening to spiritual abundance. Spiritual enlightenment in action, making choices based on fact not fear.

A spiritual awakening for global social wellness, made manifest in real lives.

I'm holding to that.

Whilst men and women play God.

Hugging You warmly. With tears falling....

I haven't meditated yet, so I'll go step into the Vastness of All That Is now, for soothing, for healing and for Earth's spiritual awakening...

Social Wellness Questions - So Are you Nice or Likable?

Hi on this wonderful Saturday morning!

One of the neighbours got a rooster over the Christmas holidays. It's crowing 'Good Morning' to all who care to listen and enjoy.

A rooster's crowing turns out to be one of my favourite sounds and I only remembered after hearing this rooster last Boxing Day, 2009. Every morning now, one of the first things I get to enjoy before I even open my eyes is that rooster crowing! ;-)

A neighbour up the road used to have many chickens and at least one rooster decades ago. I remember waking up to the sound of the rooster way back then and for many of my childhood and teenage years.

Isn't it amazing what we don't miss because we no longer have it and don't even remember having it... ;-)

I didn't plan it, but that may be a tie-in to what I wanted to blog about. Earlier, I commented on Scott Herrick's 'Cube Rules' post, 'Why you need to be likable at work — but not nice'. I found his post via Guy Kawasaki's tweet about a post he wrote about Scott's post. ;-)

If you look at the comments section of Scott's blog post, there's a debate about the definitions of the two terms, but these are the definitions set out by Scott:

The dictionary defines “nice” as it relates to a person as “pleasant in manner; good-natured; kind.”

Likable sounds like the same as nice, but it is not. The dictionary defines likable as “pleasant, friendly, and easy to like”.

And here's what I contributed via comment:

Word definitions are so interestingly close! ;-) Never-the-less, whether the definitions are yours or Roger's, the distinction is important and necessary.
Going with yours, being nice is often the easy way out of not Being fully who we are... of letting go enough of our power so that we end up waking up each morning wondering why life feels empty. It's also interesting how this nice/likable distinction plays out in every other relationship sphere, including love, family, friendship.

If we looked at nice/likable from the gender, male/female perspectives, the debate would get even more heated! ;-)

Whilst doing some inner work in preparation for the New Year, Guidance suggested I take back my power in certain specific areas. That was a bit 'd'uh' because that's part of what I do fairly frequently. Sometimes giving away power is so commonplace, we lose track when we do it and take it for granted. So in my ongoing time-with-me moments, I often look at that.

Despite this, when I focused in, I saw several ways that I have been 'nice' that have resulted in lack of clarity on the part of others about what's important to me.

This 'niceness', whether to not rock the boat or to allow others to feel good, blurs boundaries and sets up expectations and lack of clarity that can cause problems down the road.

Does being 'nice' allow others in your life to feel/pretend that you, your contribution, your opinion are not important? Do you play 'nice', give up some of your power and then end up wondering 'where did the respect, love, whatever go'?

In a world that is transforming from duality and separation to 'Oneness', it's still important to love, trust, respect and fully express yourself first. The one may not occur without the other.

Exploring then fully expressing and Being All of You is an important part of being a powerful creator of your life. It's important to be powerful because that's how you manifest what you choose to create in your life. Collectively, peaceful co-existence, collective abundance, love, respect and full self expression occurs when each one of us is powerfully Being who we are fully.

Your full Soul alignment, your full integration with your Divine Self and Soul Self is not possible if you don't have clearly defined boundaries as a human person first. It's the same as for all other relationships: know, love, trust, respect, honour and express yourself fully as a person and your relationships with all others flow much more smoothly.

If Being nice results in you giving up too much of what is important to you, what's unique about you, quit being 'nice'. Be You instead. That's Who Life Itself needs to show up each day so that our world can become what we collectively choose and co-create it to be.

Hi again,

Yesterday's guided meditation was powerful and as usual, took a totally unexpected turn!

This first meditation to start off the second year of guided healing meditations was the first to run over one hour.

Somehow, every single month, without fail, every single channeled guided meditation always turns out to be one hour precisely. No matter how the meditation feels like it ran over or how quickly it seems to whiz by.

Yesterday's 13th meditation was the very first that was longer than an hour. By a whole half hour. I don't usually listen to the guided meditations afterwards but because of the spiritual channeling content and the length, I listened to some of it.

All I can say is no wonder Guidance told me to rest and relax so as to allow myself to be prepared for it.

The spiritual channeling that came through dealt with how to meld and align with the Soul Self and Divine Presence and how to allow yourself to be guided, step-by-step, into your next fullest self expression.

I'll try to edit a bit of it and post it here. In the meantime, the entire December 2009 guided meditation with the longer additional spiritual channeling will be posted for the next few weeks in the Inner Power Hour members section of my Angel Soul Talk guided healing meditation and spiritual awakening website.

btw, a participant in the meditation shared afterwards that the specific steps about how to align with and communicate with the Divine Presence of another person helped her. She used the steps after we finished the meditation and received a text message last night from the person thanking her for speaking her truth clearly and lovingly.

Take the time to practice listening to your inner Guidance to hear those faint whisperings that tell you what your next step and highest, best choice is. Guidance is always available to you for every single thing that is on your daily 'to do' plate.

Just listen, trust, follow. Test this for yourself. It's a wonderful, easier, less stressful and more blissful way to live and Be.

This is my first post for 2008 so I'd like to wish you all the courage, wisdom, love and creative clarity of the Universe to help you create 2008 to be exactly the way you want it to be.

Let the end of 2008 come and you feel a deep, wonderfully satisfied, delicious and intoxicating feeling of 'Year Well Lived'.

That's what we are all here for.

In between the daily To Do's, the agendas, the stress, the running around and the worrying that we're 'not getting it', we are here to Be Who We Really Are.

And who are we?

We are limitless, wise, love-filled expressions of Life Itself, of God, of All That Is, on Earth.

We are here to create Heaven On Earth for ourselves and for all our collective brothers and sisters here on planet Earth with us.

Simple. Awesome. Sometimes frightening when we get into our minds and try to 'logic' it out.

We are Gods and Goddesses walking, living and Being on Planet Earth.

And if we spend even 10-20 minutes each day breathing that in and Being in that space, that consciousness, our lives will take on, will express, more of our deepest heart desires. Naturally. As effortlessly as we allow it to be. Wondrously.

What to do to not get in the way of this delicious, divine unfolding of living life on purpose?

Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

Then breathe some more.

Deep breathing takes you out of your head and into your heart.

And it is living from your heart that allows your Soul Presence, your connection to Life Itself, to be heard, courageously followed and continuously aligned with on a Now moment by moment basis.

Breathe Dear One.

Awaken to the full power and awesomeness of your Soul Self best friend.

Align fully with your Authentic Soul Self and allow 2008 to be a year of you living life on purpose, taking full care of the Soul, Your Soul.

Let your spiritual awakening, spiritual growth and spiritual healing be your utmost concern for this New Year and beyond.

Law of Attraction Anguish and Smiles

Hello,

I looked at the title of that first post on this new blog and said 'ouch'!

But I don't feel like editing it right now. It expressed my frustration at losing itsy, bitsy blog post parts of me. ;-) Grieving, especially for seemingly lost parts of self is real and it usually hurts a bit.

How have you been doing?

How have you been being with the weather around the world? Has it been the usual for you or have you also been experiencing strange weather in your community?

It continues to be overcast and raining. I like it because I feel like the energetic overlay has been getting a constant washing down and cleansing and it feels a bit lighter 'out there'.

There's a lot going on now. Earlier today I had to roll my eyes and shake my head at myself a bit, again. We all like choices, right? And we like to create choices when we're looking at possibilities that may fulfil what we're choosing to manifest in our lives, right?

I asked Life to help with me a particular area of my life and kept imagining the daily actions that I'd be taking as if it was already here.

Something I've seen before but not accepted as possible for me again came knocking and I stopped and looked. Stared. Took action by sending an message, then a second.

And this morning, it had quickly reached the point of easy, effortless coming together but with two possible, related, but different channels... yes, I'm not giving details since it involves two other online persons but sift and feel and relate to your own creations.... ;-)

I KNEW it came down to me making a clear choice. For over half an hour, I shifted, felt out, sifted, mulled, referenced different inputs for inspiration and guidance... all whilst listening inside for an answer after asking for clarity.

Tears came to my eyes, as I felt my temporary confusion because of wanting to not 'harm' one. Felt my wanting to please everyone, wanting WIN/WIN for everyone.

I stayed with it. I don't find it works for me to just haul myself over the coals and push myself to 'make a decision'. That always, without fail, ends up at a dead end.

You know this yourself: our hearts always guide us along the right way. Right in terms of our next 'step', next inner growth learning, next Soul expression.

My heart always guides me right and I've learnt, the hard way, to allow it the time it needs to clearly communicate so I hear, what is right for me.

That clarity came as I mulled, re-wrote, sifted. The tears stopped. I wrote again, clearly. Lost what I wrote when my browser froze up, re-opened, then started writing again. Sent it off. And have left it to Life now to volley back to me.

Anguish, yes. Smiles? Not yet full, but almost there. We are powerful creators. EVERY nuance of every desire has equal opportunity to manifest. As we listen, focus, mull and love ourselves through our unique 'choicing' process, clarity unfolds within and we know exactly the right next step, if not the next ten.

This morning's outer 'relating' issue reflected an unresolved relating issue with myself. Moving through the external prompted internal clearing, movement and deeper understanding.

Love and be patient with You. You are powerful, gifted and amazingly creative. Fully express All That You Are. Be All That You Are, no matter how krazy-seeming it may feel, to you or to 'others'. Trust You. Always.
