btw, I've never seen a Bird of Paradise with quite that shade of pink. Beautiful.

How Does Stress Affect Health - Walnut Trees Hint At Possible Human Environment Interaction

Hi,

I've written a couple times about the energy field of the human body or human aura and how our collective energy fields all connect at the energy level.

At this energetic level, all life forms are also interconnected. Because each life form vibrates at a specific energy frequency, each frequency is like an energetic signature.

If you can perceive energy, you are able to read the energy field of a life form, whether human, plant, animal or any other, and feel its vibration frequency. You are also able to know if it is under stress and possibly the source of the stress.

I just read an interesting article about walnut trees producing a type of aspirin when stressed out by changes in weather. You can read about it here.

There are so many exciting ways in which we are all connected. As we learn more about our human environment interaction, we will understand more deeply the vastness of who we are.

As we learn more about person to person energy fields, we will also understand much more clearly how interconnected we are with each other and with all other expressions of Life Itself.

If you haven't yet exlored much about this, here are some seven chakras articles that deal with the different human energy field chakra points.

The interconnection of your human energy field and person to person energy fields affects current world peace issues and their unfolding resolution a LOT.

This is because there is no issue on this global Earth village that we all cohabit that doesn't affect every one of us. We are seeing this now and we will continue to see how our interconnection impacts all of us in the coming years.

How Does Stress Affect the Body: Holiday Stress Tip, Stress Management Tip For the Holiday Season

Hi again,

How are you being today?

Are the holiday activities, the planning, the rushing about, the whateverrrrr, beginning to stress you out?

Well let me share a holiday stress tip that may assist you during this super busy, krazy-making time! ;-)

First of all, remember to breathe. We often take the effects of stress on the body for granted in these stressful holiday periods but they are real.

Take the time to breathe in the middle of whatever you are doing over the holidays because deep breathing throughout your day is one of the most powerful stress relievers you can practice.

Then remember to create this holiday period to be what you want and choose it to be.

You do NOT have to 'do the holiday' exactly like you have always done it. Shocking? Perhaps. But you really don't.

Take the time to sit with what YOU would like this holiday to mean, to be. Then picture how you would like it to manifest from that space, not from what it habitually is.

2008 will be even more of a year where we are challenged from within ourselves to break out and to create anew. Fresh days that do not fit into the template of what our days are supposed to look like.

We are constantly being challenged, prompted and asked now to feel inside ourselves and tune in to what is truly important NOW, not yesterday, last year, tomorrow or next year but NOW.

As we tune in inside in our every Now moment, we will feel more strongly as we practice this, that still small voice of our own Soul Self guidance, inspiring us to Be with ourselves. To create what is Love, Peace, Joy, Passion, Clarity and Full, unbridled Free Self Expression.

Dare to be different this holiday season. To let the holiday unfold uniquely to Be what it can fully be in as unfettered a way as you allow it.

Breathe. Be. And hug yourself in reverence and joy for all that you have accomplished this past year.
