Thanks to Rebecca Walker, I realised Michelle Obama is now blogging over at my favourite bloggers hangout, the women's blogger BlogHer network.

That's a perfect, savvy pick!

Rebecca shared her five questions that she'd like to ask Michelle and I'll share my responses here too. Rebecca's three questions that I tackled:

1. We all have detractors, but when you allow yourself to be the most powerful self you can be, the number increases exponentially. How do you manage what some call the "haters"? The ones ideologically opposed to you and everything you stand for? Do you breathe, hit the treadmill, ground yourself in your love for your family? Do you see even your worst enemies as possible friends?

3. It's a tough question, but again, your candor about Barack's safety has been deeply affecting. You spoke about Barack being in danger just going to the gas station, as a black man in America. If Barack Obama is President of the United States do you think black men will be safer overall, and will the rate of their incarceration decrease?

4. I travel a lot, and sometimes feel guilt when I have to leave my son for days in order to work. How do you deal with the demands on your time? Does devoting so much of your energy to a larger cause give you more time with your daughters because you aren't working every day in in "the office," but less quality time overall? How do you think this decision will affect them in the long run?

My responses:

1. I breathe, vent if I need to in my journal, pillow etc, then practice sending them lots of love until it feels real.

3. Not necessarily. Hate doesn't end just because 'the' president is of the hated group. It will increase it and endanger everyone more in some cases. But the fact that the world doesn't end and they'll get to experience something different will help to educate, even if it doesn't sink in until their next time/times around...

4. I was just thinking about this over the weekend in relation to those girls, esp if Barack does win. The good thing is that they have strong parents committed to their family and Michelle will ensure that they all get the intimacy time they need.
Now that I'm writing this, I also remember that they all signed up for this at the Soul level and that whatever happens, the girls will understand the bigger picture.

I Change the World Personal Growth and Development Expert Steve Pavlina Book Information

Hi,

I just read Steve Pavlina's book description. I like to pop over to Steve's blog as often as I remember because his information is relevant, transformational and honest.

The three foundational principles of life that his book is based on are Truth, Love and Power.

Reading his book description reminded me of the days that I was an I Am Student. In late 1986 and very early 1987, I had a constant knowingness that despite plans to go off to read for my PhD/MBA, there was a major 'what's missing' that I could not put my finger on.

When I got mad enough at the constant inner nagging to pay attention and finally ask for clarity, I got the answer 'God' to my question of 'what's missing?'. I got this same inner response several more times after re-asking, and then asked to be guided to the 'highest, deepest understanding of God'.

Long/short, I got involved with the I Am Foundation here in Jamaica where I reconnected with my childhood communication with Angels, nature devas and learned about the Ascended Masters and different types of Angelic host.

The Ascended Masters lessons of the I Am religion teach that Love Wisdom and Power are the key foundational principles for complete balance in Life.

It was also just about five or so weeks ago that I was chatting to my husband and sharing with him those teachings. I noted then that all three are such important issues during this transformational period on Earth now.

As a young teenager I always prayed for wisdom because it represented the ability to get to the deepest truth of a matter. Love represents compassion to me and is the foundation to understanding, knowing and living the truth that we are all connected.

Power represents our innate ability to choose then manifest what it is we want in our lives. Once you get clear, you then clothe your inner desire with your live energy using your imagination each and every day. This powerful giving of life makes it literally become live and real to you inside so that there is simply no option but for your heart desire to pop out into your real life daily world.

It is this 'power' that is at the heart of understanding synchronicity and practically manifesting both the cosmic law of attraction and the quantum law of attraction in your life.

If you substitute Truth for Wisdom, Steve's new book's foundational principles of Truth, Love and Power are the same as the Love, Wisdom and Power taught by the Ascended Masters. You can read about Steve's Personal Development for Smart People book.

Special Prayer Requests and Blog Love for David

Hi,

I just happened on the "David's Musings" blog where David shared that he had reached the 3-month blogging mark and that he was feeling scared about his upcoming surgery on July 10th.

I'd like to offer special prayer requests today for David and all those who are not well.

I ask all the Violet Flame healing Angels and the Blue Lightning Angelic host to hold David extra close and to blaze spiritual healing energy in through and around David, his doctor, the medical team that will be treating him, the entire hospital staff, all current, July 10th and future patients of the hospital and all their family members and community members.

Blaze, blaze, blaze Violet flame and Blue Lightning fire in through and around every single human being who is sick. Blaze, blaze and blaze some more in through and around every human being who made the transition last night and who will make the transition today.

Enfold them, love them, protect them and take them straight into the Light of God. Let there be peace, understanding and release of everything that is not of the Light.

David's Guardian Angels, I charge you to heal his body now so that his recovery after his surgery will be swift, pain-free and a wonderful experience for him to blog about when he's better.

We give thanks. We give thanks. We give thanks. And so it is.
