Instant Stress Relief Techniques Easy Free Guided Meditation

Good morning,



As we welcome in another beautiful new day here in Jamaica, I embrace you with love, warm wishes for expansion, happiness, love, wisdom and power today.

It is such a blessing to be alive on Earth now. Everything is literally in transformation mode. Old systems and methods of doing things are falling apart so that we can recreate how we reorganize life on Earth.

Take a few minutes today, at least once or twice, to stop everything that you’re doing to just tune into you. Tune into the quality of how you’re feeling about yourself and your life right now and breathe through that for a minute or so.

Then feel your heart and chest area fill with bright yellow light, so that your heart area pulsates and radiates bright yellow rays like the sun center that it is.

Breathe and radiate for another minute or two. Then let that lovely bright white yellow light expand throughout your body, filling it with warmth, love, strength, power and wisdom.

Feel the love. Breathe in the power. Feel the centeredness and the balance tingling throughout your body, through to your fingers, down into your toes and into the ground below you.

Feel the love that you are. Feel how it feels to be the center, the core and the cause of your life. Breathe that love, wisdom and power throughout your body temple one more time, then return to your heart center, breathe a couple more times, deeply and relax and rest a bit. When you’re ready, wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes gently.

Welcome back. Take that empowered, peaceful, balanced and centered you out into your life and world to create and expand empowerment, peace, balance and centeredness on Earth.

I Change the World Personal Growth and Development Expert Steve Pavlina Book Information

I just read Steve Pavlina's book description. I like to pop over to Steve's blog as often as I remember because his information is relevant, transformational and honest.

The three foundational principles of life that his book is based on are Truth, Love and Power.

Reading his book description reminded me of the days that I was an I Am Student. In late 1986 and very early 1987, I had a constant knowingness that despite plans to go off to read for my PhD/MBA, there was a major 'what's missing' that I could not put my finger on.

When I got mad enough at the constant inner nagging to pay attention and finally ask for clarity, I got the answer 'God' to my question of 'what's missing?'. I got this same inner response several more times after re-asking, and then asked to be guided to the 'highest, deepest understanding of God'.

Long/short, I got involved with the I Am Foundation here in Jamaica where I reconnected with my childhood communication with Angels, nature devas and learned about the Ascended Masters and different types of Angelic host.

The Ascended Masters lessons of the I Am religion teach that Love Wisdom and Power are the key foundational principles for complete balance in Life.

It was also just about five or so weeks ago that I was chatting to my husband and sharing with him those teachings. I noted then that all three are such important issues during this transformational period on Earth now.

As a young teenager I always prayed for wisdom because it represented the ability to get to the deepest truth of a matter. Love represents compassion to me and is the foundation to understanding, knowing and living the truth that we are all connected.

Power represents our innate ability to choose then manifest what it is we want in our lives. Once you get clear, you then clothe your inner desire with your live energy using your imagination each and every day. This powerful giving of life makes it literally become live and real to you inside so that there is simply no option but for your heart desire to pop out into your real life daily world.

It is this 'power' that is at the heart of understanding synchronicity and practically manifesting both the cosmic law of attraction and the quantum law of attraction in your life.

If you substitute Truth for Wisdom, Steve's new book's foundational principles of Truth, Love and Power are the same as the Love, Wisdom and Power taught by the Ascended Masters. You can read about Steve's Personal Development for Smart People book.

I wanted to share an interesting addition over at a site I personally love.

I visit often:

** to be inspired by their wonderful authors

** to see what Christopher Knight and his super productive team have implemented to make EzineArticles even more outstanding

** to remain in touch and share with other authors and readers on various blog topics

Now EzineArticles is enabling increased author/reader interaction and trust building via the addition of social media marketing links in the author biographies.

The invisibility of the behind-the-screen interaction of the internet creates the need for more personal interaction so that individuals can get to know each other. EA is stepping up to allow increased intimacy between its own authors and readers.

Offline, the telephone, a walk-in visit, a workshop, seminar or public talk allow individuals to watch, learn about and interact with thought leaders in their interest areas.

Online, social media such as blogs, social bookmarking and social interaction sites help both sides to wave hello despite the barrier of space and geographic location. Telephoning Africa, Peru, Istanbul and Switzerland may not be daily occurrences generally but Twittering with persons from these and all other worldwide locations is easy, normal and FREE!!! ;-)

For instance, when I login to my Twitter and Jaiku accounts and say 'Good Morning Twitterati/Jaikurati' respectively, I let my contacts at both sites know that I am online and available for brief hello's and high fives.

We are also able to share what we're doing briefly throughout the day (I don't often remember to), and we each get a feel for shared interests and ideas.

After commending Chris and his team for this exciting innovation, I also requested that they consider adding YouTube and Squidoo. Just two days ago I 'met' someone via EA's articles, checked the person's blog and website from links in the author bio then clicked a link to find YouTube videos offered by this same person.

How did that help me?

I've now found the person that I want to be coached by in the very near future to help me manifest important heart desires FASTER. So I will pay this person $1,000 per month for coaching because I've consumed articles, website, blog, newsletter and video offerings and developed a liking and trust of this person's 'vibe'. Purchase decision made and this person doesn't even know a new future customer has been won! ;-)

That's the power of networking different social media online. Intimacy, trust, accessibility. Build these and you build your worldwide circle of influence. And your increased ability to become an effective member of the 'I change the world' fraternity. ;-)

'I Change the World' Consciousness: Julia Cameron Soul Awareness Quotation

I found a few more quotations I like and added them to the list on the right side of this page. I added them just ahead of the last one by Marianne Williamson because Marianne's is one of my absolute favourites, so I wanted it to end the story of these personally meaningful quotes.

Of the new ones I just added, the one I want to highlight in this post is:

"Wherever you are is always the right place. There is never a need to fix anything, to hitch up the bootstraps of the soul and start at some higher place. Start right where you are." -- Julia Cameron

This quotation is particularly meaningful for me because:

1st: I'm now on Day 22 of my recent restarting of writing my morning pages. Julia Cameron wrote the book the "Artist's Way" that discusses and describes the power of using the morning pages exercise to move through inner blocks to massively build and expand creativity.

2nd: Prior to beginning my recent creativity thrust again, I came to a place where accepting myself, again, at an ever-deeper level, was key. Self acceptance, now, is the only thing that moves you forward from this now moment. And I realised, again, that I was moving towards some future place, feeling I'd be complete then. And that can't happen. That undermines the forward movement itself.

Because celebration and complete acceptance of your Now is the only thing that coalesces the energy of You enough to move you in a smooth way into the power of the next Now moment.

Self acceptance is at the heart of creating every increased alignment with your Soul, with your Life and with your life purpose fulfillment.

There is no in between, no short cuts. Self acceptance. Down to your core. With all the stuckness, the outdated beliefs, the denied emotions, the habitual patterns of responding and causing drama and undermining graduation into vaster expressions of self.

It all starts with accepting yourself totally, lovingly, minutely, right Now.

3rd: Your personality self always has the power to choose to let through the vastness of your Soul for fuller and fuller self expression.

Your Soul is your absolute best friend. You wouldn't exist without your Soul simply because your Soul is the full expression of Life Itself in your life. You can use the word God, Allah, Jehovah or whatever other word you use to describe 'that which is bigger than me'.

Alignment with your Soul Self is the deep hunger you feel in your quiet moments when you know, when you honestly accept that there is still some deep lack of inner fulfillment in your already successful life.

Or in your moments of complete desolation and aloneness and fear of having no one and nothing that is really there for you.

Or in those moments of absolute beauty and happiness and aliveness when the truth of 'that which is bigger' hits you and cannot be denied.

These last moments often arise when you commune with nature: when you enter the vastness of the universe and stars through the magic of a wondrously inspiring night sky. Also when you become completely at one with the water around you whilst at the beach or lake or river. Or when you behold the magic of small children at play.

In the busyness of your life, during all the activities, it's hard for your Soul to 'get through'. Your Soul is not pushy, not forceful. Your Soul waits for you to be ready to allow its friendship in. Good friends do that because they know you have to come to your truth on your own.

You get to choose when that is. Even IF that is, this time around.

Julia's quotation speaks to you being always able to fulfill your deepest heart desires exactly where you are at right now. You are always a moment's choice away from stepping closely into alignment with the vastness of your Soul. Your authentic, all-knowing Self.

Your Soul is ready. Always has been and always will be. It is only a question of when, no if, you will choose to allow your Soul in. Into your life. As full partner. As best friend.

The IF is determined by your choice to allow your Soul in during this lifetime or the next time you come to play.

In each of the moments that you choose to explore your vastness deeper, to allow your vastness more direct access and expression into your daily life, it is in those Now moments that you align consciously with your Soul.

4th: The step into the vastness of the next moment relies only on you entering this Now moment with full heart, full gratitude, full listening. As you become still, as you listen to the inner vastness of your innate wisdom, your Soul guidance speaks softly and you know, you hear, you feel, the Soul suggestion of where to direct your life energy.

As you do this, moment to moment, your heart opens more. Your inner ears become more accustomed to the inner guidance voice of your Soul and you prove, moment by moment, day to day, that you do have a friend that's always there for you, at the exact spot, the specific space that you are at.

Today, in between all that you are creating, spend a few minutes just breathing in the vastness of who you are. Feel and expand into this.

And enjoy the feelings that come up. Feel the safety net of your Soul's friendship that is always at your side, always beneath and always around you. Relax, renew. Then listen within and move onto your next powerful Now moment, more Soul aligned than before.

How are you this Monday afternoon?

Have you experienced any synchronicity today? Or any that you noticed? ;-)

Synchronicity is a wonderful reflection of you tuning into your heart desires powerfully enough to manifest a match in the 3D outer life.

When you use the quantum law of attraction and the cosmic law of attraction, you align with powerful forces both within, your own inner divinity or Soul Self, and with Life Itself.

Whether it feels like it most days or not, Life is truly tuning into your clues to serve up what you feel is needed for your own balance and happiness.

The key shot is to be clear about what you want. The more clarity you bring to your day, the more you will find yourself understanding synchronicity and tapping into the power of synchronicity.

Tomorrow morning, before you start the fast, furious pace of your day, tune into your core and intuit what is most important for you for that day. Picture, feel, imagine it.

Pour your passion into it. Don't hold back. Give it life. Then ask Life Itself for help. For signals that your focus and your request was heard and listened to, in a way that you will know is in response to your conscious creation.

Then pay attention. Look out, in a fun, warmly personal, teasing and expectant way, for Life to communicate with you. ;-)

Barack Obama Wins the Democratic Presidential Nomination

Salty eyes. Again. ;-)

Barack Obama won the Democratic nomination for the Presidential campaign in the United States.. the first time a person of colour has achieved that distinction.

To many, Barack Obama represents an inclusive viewpoint that envisions a world that works for everyone. That lets go of the old energy consciousness of limitation, fear and dualistic division.

The world is excited. The planet is doing its deep breathing thing. The transformation of consciousness that allowed this possibility to manifest continues to grow, swell and deepen.

We have so much to be grateful for in each moment of each day. Our planetary home is awakening to new possibilities as more and more individuals, within their hearts, tire of the old, that which is not working.

There are enough resources to ensure that each human being enjoys good food, clothing, shelter, health care, education, money substance, freedom and full self expression.

The young people get it. They get that there is enough for all of us. That peace, harmony, cooperation, taking care of one another and supporting each other makes sense.

We older ones have to just work on imagining it and accepting the possibility of this manifesting in our lifetime.

I give thanks. For all the mistakes I have made. That we have all made as our individual Souls collectively journeyed through many lifetimes to explore duality. Our mistakes and the cumulative learning they triggered over many times and spaces is available to us to remember and move forward with now.

I truly give thanks. To Life. To all of us. On this momentous day.
