Hi!

This morning I was adding interesting spiritual-minded persons to my MySpace friends list while my children were eating breakfast and getting ready for school. Just after they left, I found one of my favourite, favourite spiritual gurus, teachers on there and was I blissed out!!!

I also realised there was a Comedy Central video clip of him with another of my favourite comedians and so I share it here with you. Now whenever I want a great blend of spiritual wisdom applied to real modern day reality threaded through with humour and good laughs, I'll revisit this post and re-watch!
