I don't know if you have set up your profile on MySpace yet?

I've resisted for a bit but find that I'm having a bit of fun with it. I write a little in my blog there and will soon start posting more in their forums.

This year I'm in the mood to get back to the more personal type of marketing and networking I used to do before, so I'll be using quite a few social networking sites as one way to meet and network with others online.

If you're already on MySpace, I'd love to 'meet' you there... and if you are not, you could check it out to see if you'd like to set up your own profile. Mine is self help, angel, spritual and internet home business related. NO surprise there, right???? ;-)

Please accept my very best wishes for you and all your loved ones for 2007. I wish you Peace, Joy, Love, Prosperity and Full Self Expression.... in short, the bestest of the BEST!!!! ;-)

What are you choosing to manifest into your life this year?

What hopes and dreams have again resurfaced? How are you choosing to ensure that these stay on your front burner? That they don't get lost in the wiz of daily living so that next year this time you don't have to once again face the truth that another year passed without you moving forward with what is deeply important to you, heart-wise?

I lift my hat to You, the Creator of your Life. I honour you for making your self expression your highest priority this year.

2007 again challenges you to be true to your Self. To tune into and align with your Soul's life purpose. To trust you above all else. To trust your inner knowingnesses that gently, subtly nudge and remind you of what's important.

Make it the highest priority to spend quality alone-time with You. Breathe deeply for regular intervals of time each day. Each deep breath takes you deeper into your Self, into the Holiness that is You.

Breathe, breathe, breathe into You.

In the December issue of my "Soul Self Help Insights" newsletter, I shared the Deep Breathe 10-Step Meditation routine I use regularly.

Stress Self Help: Watch a great movie!

Hi there,

How are you doing?

How are you managing the end of year wrap-up process?

Are you excited about the new possibilities 2007 will bring for you?

I've been spending time exercising my imagination, breathing in gnost, our inner creative solutions expert and stretching energetically to allow in my Good.

I got to take a break yesterday evening to watch 'Deja Vu' with Denzel Washington about how he goes back in time to save a girl and over 500+ others from being killed as part of a terrorist plot.

Have you seen it?

I loved it. Anything to do with time travel always vasts me out and I like how this movie's plot was written to juxtapose and plant into conscious awareness the message that we are living into our future... all the time...

My recent inner work has been centered around just that... bringing the favourite future possibility that I'm now ready to explore and enjoy right into my Now experience.

Thanks Denzel and all who worked hard to manifest this wonderful Deja Vu film. I loved being reminded of those magical life moments where I've had the feeling that I've been 'here' before... or met the person I'm talking to before.

All of this helped me remember just how effective watching a great movie is as a stress self help buster for me! The next movie I have to see soon is Will Smith's 'Persuit of Happyness' (no, that's how it seems to be spelled). ;-) Have you seen it yet?

I forgot to write about this so am adding this original Angel Prayer Request info from my Soul Self Help spiritual, self help website before re-editing that original page... ;-)

Angel Prayer Requests has come about after several years and more intensely, many recent months of wrestling with my Angels.

From the time I put up my first Angel Soul Mate Self Help website a few years ago, they wanted me to take on a more public service on behalf of the countless human beings who are daily facing challenges that make them feel hopeless, alone, afraid and lost.

Over the past week and a half my entire physical body has been undergoing massive clearing and releasing of energy packets that were resistant to this more public taking on of responsibility.

Specifically and much more intensely over the past three days, I've been asked to allow myself to be a channel for balancing and prayer for persons who wish to avail themselves of this.

Over the course of late last week and this past weekend, I've been receiving pictures of wrists being cut. I know that symbolised persons in trouble and going through heartache.

This morning, I've been awakened by intense coughing and continued releasing.   The messages to begin an Angel Prayer Request service were strong, clear and I could ignore them no longer.

If you have a specific Angel Prayer Request that you would like me to make on your behalf to help you know that there is someone holding a space for healing, balancing and love for you, please write your request and your situation to me after joining the special Angel Prayer Request list that I am now setting up.

Please note that you may make an Angel Prayer Request on behalf of a family member, friend or other loved one. Our Angel Partners on the other realms stand ready to assist every human angel here on Earth and prayerful intercession on behalf of others has been a long-practiced human expression of love.

My Angels have also asked me to set up an Angel Request Prayer forum and/or blog so that persons who wish to interact with and support one another's prayers can participate and share.  I have never set up a forum but will find out how to and make that available to you.

Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Calls for Fight Against Poverty

Hello again,

By now you may have heard that India's innovative Economist, Muhammad Yunus accepted his Nobel Peace Prize yesterday in Stockholm for setting up his Grameen Bank almost 30 years ago to lend mostly unsecured loans to the poorest of the poor to help them create their own financial independence.

Here's an excerpt from his recent acceptance speech:

"We must address the root causes of terrorism to end it for all time," Yunus told hundreds of guests at City Hall in Oslo, Norway. "I believe putting resources into improving the lives of poor people is a better strategy than spending it on guns."

In his speech, Yunus also warned about the potential costs of globalization without help for the world's poor.

"To me, globalization is like a hundred-lane highway crisscrossing the world," Yunus said. "If it is a free-for-all highway, its lanes will be taken over by the giant trucks from powerful economies. Bangladeshi rickshaws will be thrown off the highway."

"Rule of 'strongest takes it all' must be replaced by rules that ensure that the poorest have a place and piece of the action, without being elbowed out by the strong," he said.

Congratulations, Mr. Yunus, for your vision turned into action to help eradicate poverty, one of the primary reasons for all human societal problems we now collectively face on Earth.

My Jamaican girlfriend living in the US was just telling me on Skype what she had to eat and I'm jealoussssss!!!! ;-)

btw, did you see this odd Yahoo! News piece?

RAMSEY, N.J. - Some wild turkeys, it appears, were trying to get out of New Jersey before Thanksgiving Day. A spokesman for the NJ Transit said train officials reported a dozen or so wild turkeys waiting on a station platform in Ramsey, about 20 miles northwest of New York City, on Wednesday afternoon. The line travels to Suffern, N.Y.

"For a moment, it looked like the turkeys were waiting for the next outbound train," said Dan Stessel, a spokesman for NJ Transit. "Clearly, they're trying to catch a train and escape their fate."

I cracked up at the visual of the turkeys on the station platform!!!
