How are you feeling today?

No matter what's happening on the outer, KNOW that you are Loved by Life Itself. KNOW that you are the Creator in your life and that you get to choose anew in each and every moment how you meet Life.

Choose gratitude. Choose heartfelt thankfullness for all the simple blessings you have. That tree across the way. The vastness of the sky that's always miraculously there each morning you awake. The water you drink today... remembering and always blessing all those human brothers and sisters who do NOT have access to clean drinking water each day.

Choose Love. Choose to love yourself by accepting and aligning with the divinity that lives within you.

I just logged on and saw a story on Yahoo about a study done on fear.

Fear holds back every human being on this planet. It's a web within which we all exist. As we awaken and move through our days, focusing on our blessings and feeling blissfully grateful in each moment, we step beyond fear into Love, its perfect antidote.
