Steve Irwin's Legacy: Animal Friendship and WildLife Protection and True Joy

Hello,

How are you doing today?

It's early Saturday morning here and the black birds are calling to and quarelling iwth each other. Hang on.. my dogs want to go outside....

Ok, back with you... yes, the birds are sounding very raucous this morning! I'm not sure what's up... It rained several days this week so it's much cooler, Thank Goddess!

I haven't written much about Steve Irwin's death. I, like so many others, am still in a bot of a shock and already missing his strong Earth presence.

But I do want to honour his life's work of introducing soooo many people around the world to wild animals, often feared and hated, so that we could all see them up front and get to understand them a bit more.

I've written about soul mate relationships human beings have with their pets before and an important part of the evolution of consciousness on Earth is for all human beings to love, respect, accept and celebrate difference... not just in each other but in alllll life forms that co-habit our Earth home.

Steve Irwin's work was about that. His soul came in with the purpose of helping us all to love, respect, accept and celebrate the various creatures of the wild and to honour their sacred place in our lives.

I want to extend my sympathy and love to Terri, Bindy, Bob and all his loved ones, friends and everyone grieving over his passing.
