Happy Father's Day, 2006!!!

Hello and how are you doing today?

I ate a wonderful Julie mango this morning; the birds are outside calling to each other; President, the next door Doberman is quarreling with my neighbours for not coming out to talk or play or otherwise show that they value his presence in their lives. And I'm finally writing this post!!! All is well with my world! ;-)

I would like to wish every Father reading this a veryyyy Happy Father's Day. The Father role is so critical on our planet especially now with all the turbulence, stress and upheavals that assault every aspect of life globally at this time.

Thank you for being a caring, loving, sensitive and kind Father. Thank you for allowing your femine side to express and partner with your strong and masculine nature.

Just as Father Sun gives us the gift of light and life-giving energy each and every day, I salute you for being the Light and Life of every human being with whom you come into contact, especially your children and the mother of your children.

Thank you for your love, your joy, your persistent protection and providing role that you play on this Earth.

Mother Earth's care and sustenance of both yourself and your children depends upon your human love, care and protection of her. Thank you for always being aware of and fulfilling your part in caring as a Father for our Earth Mother and for all her human counterparts... all Mothers.

Your leadership is critical at this time on our planet. This is a time when our women and all our children are under siege.

There are men who rape, mutilate, forever damage the reproductive capability and kill our women in our world. Every day we are told stories or hear/read/see newscasts that point to deep gender conflict.

There are men who harm our children in every way imaginable. These children do not have strong, caring, loving, protecting men around them. They are in the clutches of men who neither love, respect nor honour their own selves nor anyone else.

I thank you now, today, for your life being a stand for transforming this cruel reality in every way you can think of, imagine and manifest.

Father, your children, your fellow human beings and your Earth Mother herself need you to protect life on this planet.

Thank you for all that you do in your life, in your part of the world, in your sphere of influence, to preserve, protect and allow the conditions for the full self expression of everyone around you and all human beings everywhere.
