I'm in shock over Tim Russert's sudden passing.

I've only recently started watching him since getting a new cable connection here in Jamaica. But I have been so impressed with the level of professionalism, the humour and the love that always shone through.

Dear Tim, we love you. We Thank You. We are grieving and shocked.

From the programs that I saw, you always treated your guests and colleagues with respect, straight honesty, caring and a thrusting, deep and always curious questioning. Your search for truth was relentless. And that is what I will remember most about you.

Your passing is not only a loss to MSNBC, the journalistic community and America. Your passing is a loss to the entire world.

Thank you for all your service and passion, Tim. Thank you for being the man that you chose to be. Now, I cannot imagine going through this presidential campaign without your shepherding...

Heartfelt love, condolences and many hugs to Maureen, Luke, Big Russ, the rest of the family, Tim's friends, colleagues at NBC, MSNBC, the entire journalistic community and all those who loved him.

I miss you terribly and in this moment feel completely denied of your wonderful wisdom and insight. Blessings, Blessings, Blessings, Tim. We all Love You and hold you in our hearts.
