Instant Stress Relief Tips: Have You Napped Lately?

Hi,

How have you been this week? It's Friday already and by next week Friday, I'll have added another year to my time on Earth. ;-)

I've been in my usual hibernation phase since last December. It usually lasts right up to my birthday and a few weeks beyond. It always feels like a kind of retooling but the entire year last year felt like a complete rebirthing experience, so the usual annual retooling just continued that process.

Anyway, I've been waking up around 1:00am several times in the past two weeks. It's usually 2:00-2:30am when I'm in my early waking phase. But usually I can't nap at all during the day to make up for the lack of sleep.

Since last week, I haven't had much of a choice. Around 11:00am or so, I literally just konk out.

The naps have been relaxing and have all helped to move my internal musings further along after wakening.

Do yourself a favour. Grab a nap whenever you can. It helps to clarify, relax and is an instant stress relief tip you can implement in your own way to suit your time constraints.
